Hotel Centrum - Lodz

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel in Lodz. the room was spacious and offered stunning views of the city. the bathroom was updated and clean. the service was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the hotel had a charming, classic charm that added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the value for money.

The elevator was a bit slow, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The worst breakfast I had and the worst staff I met !!!!

It was OK, the lifts were a bit tatty and it needed a bit of modernisation work, but ok.

Despite some drawbacks, my weekend at this hotel was mostly enjoyable. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the exquisite breakfast selection. Its key location near the city center was another big plus, as I could easily explore the surroundings and shop around. The reception staff was notably helpful and pleasant to interact with.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, a few issues prevent a perfect score. The air conditioning was either ineffective or non-existent, which made sleeping unbearable during the hottest hours.

I liked the fact that the hotel was right next to the station but for the services it provides I consider it to have been a rather expensive hotel.

I think the hotel is expensive and the room did have a mini bar which was out of order. I also think the breakfast was very meagre.

It was all that I needed just for one night, no luxuries at all, but a good value for money.

It's an old hotel with old facilities, poor shower quality.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the train station and the main street. the rooms are spacious and clean, which is definitely a plus. the breakfast spread was quite good and had a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel definitely needs some renovation work as the decor is dated. the bathroom fixtures were not in great condition and needed to be updated.

The elevator could be better, also missing parking lot might be a problem.

The Hotel Centrum was the last stay on our way back home from the 3 weeks long trip from Russia to Italy. The hotel was just what we needed after so called "hotels" in Italy! Very nice staff with good knowledge of English, 24-hours checkin desk, spaceous and clean room, free parking, rich and excellent breakfast and late checkout! Really had a good rest despite the fact that we arrived very late, about midnight!

They didn't have a corkscrew so we had to drink beer :)

so cold...the windows are big and if the temperature is below zero, the room does not keep the comfortable temperature inside
